Willowcreek example class schedule

Hello! Please read EVERYTHING below before submitting your requests!

1. This form is for changing elective classes, requesting a certain teacher, adding a class because you do not   have a complete schedule or because you would like to change your elective class. 

2. This class change form is only a request. No change is guaranteed.

3. By submitting a change, you understand that counselors have the summer off like teachers do, however        counselors will do some work during the summer, usually from home as time permits. As a result, the change you submit will get done by August 1st. Please do not check back to see if its done. If there is a problem, the counselor will contact you.

5. Class changes are free until early August.

6. Students, by submitting a request, you have parent permission to make the change.

7. This form should be used by STUDENTS ONLY with perhaps a little help from a parent.

8. If you are wanting a part time schedule, this is not where you go. Contact the counseling office in August. 

9. Counselors do not keep office hours during the summer, but you are welcome to email them. 

10. If you are dropping a SEMESTER class, you must give us a semester class to add...not a full year class.        Likewise, if you drop a full year class, you will need to give us 2 semester classes or 1 full year class to            replace it.

11. If you signed up to be a TA, the teachers name will be added when the counselor can get to it. 

12. Finally, the student will be able to see which lunch they have after July 24th. Generally speaking, 7th graders will have 1st lunch both days and 9th graders will have 2nd lunch both days.


Students will not be able to see their schedules in Skyward until about July 24.
